The 11F0 board is typically found in later model OBD I P05/P06/P28/P30 (Civic/Del Sol) Based ECUs. The model number of the board on your ECU should include "11F0" as depicted: 
This kit is designed to add VTEC to your P06 ECU with the 11F0 board, essentially converting it to a P28. This kit comes with the following components:
