Hours of Operation and Phone Access- Monday 07 January, 2008

Moates.Net is run by obsessive workaholics (Craig & Bonnie Moates) who are typically hard at it from 10am until around Midnight, 7 days a week.
However, the phones are only open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-6pm CST. This is aimed at carving out some 'focus time' for development of new products and staying ahead with production logistics to avoid backorder situations.
We process and ship your orders 6 days a week, read and answer your emails 7 days, and do our best to get stuff headed your way immediately. UPS Express orders are given priority, and they typically go out the same day if placed before 3pm CST.
If you have questions or just want to chat, we can be reached at 225-341-3547 during normal phone hours (M/W/F 10am-6pm CST). If you call outside those times, please do leave a voicemail with your contact info and a convenient time to talk as we check them regularly. |
